DELIVERY
NOOF is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands and ship via POST NL. If the item is in stock NOof will ship out within 48 hours of order receipt during business days. These bags are made in small batches however and if the product is currently not in stock it will take up to 7 days for it to be shipped. Please check the product description for stock updates.
We have a select number of pieces at PARO HQ, so if you’re in Amsterdam you can email us at whatsup@parostore.com to arrange for a pick up time - Just select store pickup at checkout.

PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We hope you’re happy with your product, but if you aren’t please visit our returns center at returns.parostore.com within 14 days of order receipt to request a return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
