Pre-Order: Edition 1 is currently only available for pre-order. Your piece will be shipped in March. You will be kept up to date along the way. Pre-order ensures that we only produce exactly what is needed, avoiding any over-production. Stem ships out with local carriers from Copenhagen, Denmark.

ARE VAT/TAX AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
When ordering within EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering outside EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Customers outside the EU are subject to delivery and customs charges from shipping carriers. PARO or brands do not cover these costs.
PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Stem has a 14 day return policy on non pre-order items (items that are in stock).
In the case of a pre-order, if you would like to reconsider your order, please do so within the pre-order window. After the window closes, we cannot accept returns/withdrawals as we are making your items for you and would otherwise not produce your piece.
