DELIVERY
All of Mia’s pieces are made to order in Stockholm, Sweden and will take a week from order to shipment. As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive a notification with tracking number. Please note that Mia makes her items made to order, production time takes around two weeks before shipment.

So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Mia offers a free repair service for all her pieces. If you’d like a repair please email us at whatsup@parostore.com
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from receipt to request a for a full refund. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Please go to returns.parostore.com to log your return request.
The piece must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be unworn and in the condition it was received in. We won’t accept any items that don’t meet this criteria.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment used for purchase.
