DELIVERY
Tommaso Mirabella Roberti ships all products out of his studio on Stockholm, Sweden with local couriers. If the pieces are not in stock they will be made to order with a 1 - 2 day production timeline. As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping rates are based on weight of the product you order.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 14 days of order receipt via returns.parostore.com.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
