Laasso is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and ships all pieces out within 72 hours of order receipt via local couriers. If your piece is made to order this may take up to 5 days to ship. As soon as your order is shipped you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 14 days of order receipt via returns.parostore.com.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
