To keep up the high standards, luxury hotels have to discard bed and table linen with the slightest signs of wear and tear. That's where we come in. We purchase these fabrics and then craft them into our high-fashion designs. Hyper sustainable, without compromising on quality or design.

- NL & BE: delivery within 2 - 3 business days
- Other EU countries: standard delivery 3 - 7 business days (express is also available)
- Outside of EU: standard delivery within 7 - 10 business days (express is also available)
- Returns within 14 days after delivery. When free outbound shipping was enjoyed, the cost of a return label will be deducted from the refound.

DELIVERY
MARTAN ships all orders out of their warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands via local carriers. Please note that the majority of MARTAN pieces are made-to-order, as noted on the product description. All made-to-order pieces will take up to 15 days for shipment. As soon as the piece is shipped you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number attached.

**Note for orders outside the EU customers may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 14 days, please email us at returns@Parostore.com with order number and reason for return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
