DELIVERY
Blackmarket ships worldwide from their hub in London. Once your product is shipped you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number.
**Note for orders outside of the UK customers may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees.
PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be
calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 14 days of order receipt, please emails us directly at returns@parostore.com
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods that are opened (such as sexual wellness products), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
