DELIVERY
FRÉD Editions offers free shipping in Europe on all orders above €150. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via our fulfilment partner. We endeavour to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed.
Domestic shipments will be fulfilled by Post NL standard shipment or DPD depending on the size of the package. Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be
calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 14 days of order receipt, please email whatsup@parostore.com to log your return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
