It can take up to 2-3 weeks to create an item before shipping. Studio Nani ships out of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Once your order is shipped out you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking number - see below for costs and estimated transit times.

In addition, Studio Nani holds no stock to keep its processes as sustainable as possible. Due to this way of working and their aim to keep our ecological footprint low, returns and refunds are not possible. However, Studio Nani are more than happy to receive adjustment requests after you have received your order and will gladly brainstorm with you to tailor or adjust your piece(s) to match your expectations as best as they can.
